Return Policy

1. Legal Guarantee of Conformity

All goods sold by Caitlin Rose Designs are subject to the legal guarantee of conformity as defined in Sections 434 to 442 and 474 to 477 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

2. Right of Withdrawal (For Online/Distance Sales)

If you purchased goods online or through distance selling (e.g., ecommerce), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt.

To exercise this right, notify us in writing (e.g., email, letter) within 14 days. You must return the goods unopened and unused within 14 days of notifying us.

We will refund the purchase price, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Goods made to your specifications (e.g., custom-made items or made to order).

Goods that are sealed for health or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

Goods that are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

Any items that exhibit wear or use will be disqualified from the Right of Withdrawal policy.

Contact us immediately within the 14-day period to initiate the process. Please give us in writing (mail or email) the following information:

5. Invoice Number as it appears on the receipt.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods, including shipping, handling, and packaging.
